    Integration

    SnpEff is integrated with other tools commonly used in sequencing data analysis pipelines.

    Most notably Galaxy and Broad Institute's Genome Analysis Toolkit (GATK projects support SnpEff. By using standards, such as VCF, SnpEff makes it easy to integrate with other programs.
